‘From Scratch - The Spring Edition’

An introductory course inspiring ease

and flavour into your plant-based home kitchen.

This is our new course in plant-based home-cooking, created for those who want to add more plants, rituals and excitement to their home kitchen. ‘From Scratch’ is here to fit around your life with weekly themes in fundamental food skills. This Spring edition of the course will include seasonal recipes and lifestyle practices to bring the season onto your plate, balancing creative cooking with nutrition and useful ideas for your day to day routine.

Each week you will receive ‘Plant Notes’ to your inbox with recipes and rituals, knowledge and tools, food tales from other peoples kitchens and delicious inspiration.

You will be part of an Instagram group to connect with fellow participants and receive videos from our founder, Lauren. As well as this we will have two live events with guests throughout the experience.

THE MODULES

One: Sprouting and Seeds

Spring is the season were everything starts to come back to life, in this module we will talk about the power of sprouted seeds, sprouting from scratch and enjoying sprouted ingredients in recipes. We will cover breakfast ideas using sprouts and seeds.


Two: Spring greens and bountiful beans

Celebrating the best of the season, this module will talk about seasonal nutrition, seasonal detoxing and plant-based remedies to enjoy throughout this time of year. This week we will also make bright and beautiful lunch and brunch recipes.


Three: Delicious dressings

Fresh spring greens speak for themselves and nothing is better than adding some delicious sauces and dressing to your plate to go with them. This module will include flavour hacks and funky sauces that will become staples in your home kitchen to make simple and satiating flavours to see you through the spring


Four: Creative Main Meals

Now we have covered the building blocks, this module will teach you how to build balanced savoury meals. With time-efficient recipes that focus on ease and satisfaction.

Six: Spring Snacks and Desserts


Five: Potent potions

Adaptogens are often the missing link to improved energy, sleep and focus. In this module we will help you to find the right one for you and share the tastiest ways to enjoy these potent plants in drinks, smoothies and cocktails.


As the seasons change so does what we need and in Spring time of detox and growth how can we incorporate healths snacks into our lives? This module will use seasonal ingredients to make creative light snacks and desserts you can enjoy through the season.


The dates

‘From Scratch’ will take place weekly for six weeks from Monday 13th May - Sunday 23rd June 2024 and you will be able to keep the written content to use time and time again.


Pricing

The cost of this course is £95 to include course content over six weeks, recipes you can keep for life as well as weekly live content on instagram and two online classes.
