Plant Academy brunch

We are so excited that Plant Academy, the Cookbook has just been released and we are looking forward to hosting a plant based brunch in the Cotswolds as part of the celebrations!

The Author, Lauren Lovatt, started her career at Asparagasm (cafe and restaurant) in Nailsworth so this special event will be taking place in the same town at the newly opened plant based cafe and bakery Baked by Beth.

Join us on February 9th at 11:30am for a delicious brunch of recipes from the book made with local organic ingredients. The ticket will include a savoury plate, sweet treat and hot drink. There will be opportunities to buy books, get your copy signed by Lauren and get a taste of the recipes first hand!

About the Book
