Hi, I’m Lauren, a plant-based chef and founder of the Plant Academy, and author of Mind Food, projects dedicated to inspiring passion through plants.
Early on in my career, I set up Asparagasm, a vegan restaurant, where I hosted plant-based pop-up nights, giving me a wealth of experience developing recipes, writing menus and creating events.
With a keen eye for plating and a passion for using only the
most vibrant, local, and seasonal ingredients, my style
is all about using natural produce with sprinkles of
adaptogenic herbs and tonics.
Now I use my knowledge and passion for plants to teach worldwide, spreading the plant-based message and supporting aspiring chefs in achieving their creative dreams.
