Plant Two | Live Online


Coming to you live and online in autumn 2021, Plant Two takes place across twelve weeks from 22nd September to 8th December. This twelve-module class provides the opportunity to embrace true culinary creativity, supported by innovative techniques, ideas and recipes from the leading minds in the plant-based world. Taking you on a journey to express your essence through food.

Experience five chefs and five unique ways of thinking.

Delve into their minds and learn how to create your own concept, write menus and open up to new ways of sharing your own food vision. Previously featuring the likes of Douglas Mc Master chef and founder of Silo and Arthur and food advocacy chef for the UN), this next lineup of chefs will be sure not to disappoint.

In this class we also delve deeper into ingredients of the future and sustainability with regards to food – after all, what is a dish without the true understanding of the ingredients? You’ll have the chance to connect with producers from across the world who are doing something unique, From seaweed and salt to beans, herbs and beyond.

These are the ingredients believed to transform our future and the people behind them have a huge impact on what we, as chefs, foodies and entrepreneurs can create.

At a time when our true power lies within our forks, this twelve week experience will empower you understand what you want to say through your plate and how to communicate your vision with your community and the wider world.
