Experience a flavour of our Plant One course with this in depth stocks and sauces workshop. Stocks are an essential part of creating amazing flavours in plant based food and the secret to all good chefs. In this class learn three vegan stocks and a variety of base sauces that will amp up the flavour of your food and unlock the secret to next level plant based cooking.

In the class we will cover three essential stocks, one Raw stock, three plant based sauces and recipes using the stocks that we make.

This class features in our Plant One course and will be taught by Plant Academy founder Lauren Lovatt. So, if you’re curious about signing up this will give you a taste of what it is all about.

You will receive the ingredient list one week before the class.
