Plating 101 goes beyond ingredients, looking at how you communicate you message through the plate.

What to expect

This class will cover fundamental guidelines to always think about and new fresh ideas that will inspire you to use food as a tool to make a visual impact on the world.

- Be prepared to take notes and fully participate in this plating immersion.
