As part of our Focussed Fermentation course Charlie-May Bingham is teaching the art of Sourdough in this Masterclass. In this class you can ask all your bread related questions enjoy Charlie-May’s Perfect loaf recipe and receive bonus recipes on making your mother and using up that discard.

This class requires a sourdough starter if you would like to bake along live and will be recorded for you to refer to time and time again.

About Your Instructor

Charlie-May is a plant based chef turned baker. After opening The Happy Pear bakery in Greystones, Ireland during the Pandemic and helping build the bakery to a very good standard, Charlie-May left Ireland to venture across the pond to Whistler, Canada where she is baking for plant based bakery Bred (@eds_bred). Charlie-May's passion will always be to make magic with plants, whether that's beautifully plated dishes in the kitchen, or carefully crafted sourdough bread and cinnamon buns. But for now, it's all things fermented bread!
