Feel Good with Mind Food

Maia Well Co. and Lauren Lovatt are getting together this November for a series of cosy winter retreats to restore and nourish their guests from the inside out. We've created a thoughtfully curated and well balanced schedule of daily movement practices, local walks, facial treatments, cooking workshops, plant based food, mindful flower making and plenty of relaxation time! All of this from the comfort of your very own peaceful and picturesque Cotswolds holiday home.

In the lead up to the retreat and as part of Maia Well Co.'s Move, Breathe and Feel Good January Pilates challenge, Lauren will be hosting a talk on Mind Food as we begin our Movement Series.

Nourish your mind and feed your soul through the winter months with this live online talk with Lauren, founder of Plant Academy and Author of Mind Food. In the Lead up to her book Launch Lauren will be sharing her top food and lifestyle tips for supporting your mental health through the seasons some sneak peeks from the winter section of her new book Mind Food, a book about inspiring better mental health through food.

In this event she will be will be sharing an adaptogenic drink recipe, talking about mood boosting ingredients, positive lifestyle practices and talking about her experience on living in a way that can boost our moods and inspire our routines.
