Blurred Vines Three Spirit like to break rules and create new rituals. Blurred Vines are their functional wine alternatives, labours of love that pay homage to the complexities of wine - delicate, nuanced and structured to savour by themselves or alongside food. By blending cold brewed rare teas, active botanical extracts, fruits and ferments, Three Spirit created a unique and complex drinking experience to satisfy the wine consumption moment.

Dash Lilley Plant geek, serious foodie and the maker of Three Spirit drinks, Dash Lilley is the co-founder and head of product at Three Spirit. Alongside a team of bartenders and plant scientists, Dash spends his time pushing the boundaries of what defines a non-alc liquid, experimenting with ingredients and extraction methods to harness the full potency of plants and create drinks with function, flavour, texture and mouthfeel.

Three Spirit Founded in London in 2018 by a blend of plant scientists, world-class bartenders, hedonists, herbalists and artists, Three Spirit create plant-based alternatives to alcohol that celebrate what goes into a drink rather than what is taken out.
