Lauren is the founder of Plant Academy and a huge part of what we do is work with brands to teach the best in plant based food. In 2019 Lauren was invited to get involved with the launch of Paris’ first plant based hotel curating their food offer and the concept of the restaurant ‘Mesa’ Three years on, two lockdowns and many new menus later Lauren continues to train the team and evolve the concept with the seasons. Lauren will be sharing her insights into working with businesses to develop their brand and flow with the changing times.
