Join Lauren Lovatt to cook a plant-based festive feast with recipes from the Mind Food book inspired by the season. Expect potent plant-filled dishes that will support you through Christmas, discussions on adaptogens for winter and comforting cacao-based desserts to supercharge your celebrations.

In the class we will make:

  • Tea smoked carrots and cultured cashew cream on chickpea blinis

  • Spiced squash with kombucha chimichurri, chilli cultured cream and fried kale

  • Chaga chocolate gateaux

  • Cinnamon and schizandra rocky road

All recipes have many layers that will give you lots of inspiration for small and large dishes that can be adapted for morning, noon and night, and share a fresh perspective on eating to support your mind.
