Do you dream of setting up your own plant-based events and businesses but have no idea where to start, let alone make a profit? Plant Academy have teamed up with Clem Balfour of Yoga Brunch Club to share all their expert knowledge!

So whether it’s supper clubs, pop-up restaurants, catering for friends, weddings or festivals, this talk will give you all the information you need to feel confident with your event plan and deliver it effectively.

Clem and Lauren will cover how you go about starting your business by discussing: understanding your clients, schedule, budgets, menu creation, ingredient selection and suppliers, hiring of space and furniture, scene setting and marketing.

Clem Balfour is founder of Yoga Brunch Club. Realising early on how intimidating yoga can be to people, so as a food obsessed yogi Clem Balfour merged two of her loves: food and yoga. Running hugely popular events and retreats that take place in beautiful venues, collaborating with brilliant chefs around the UK and online.

Clem lives and teaches yoga in Bristol and became a new mum this year. When she’s not teaching, she’s exploring the various food and brunch offerings around Bristol, always on the hunt for a new collaboration, delicious meal or beautiful space to practice yoga.

During the event there will be a Q&A session, so come armed with your questions about your ideas or businesses. After the event you will also receive a handout covering the ‘Top 5 Tips for Planning an Event’.

We can’t wait to see you there and see your events come to life!
